i think you should make a PVP shard on the server and make luck and other stats a lot more utilized. More events ( possibly 1 big one on like Sundays). Have contests like 1 time a month, ( that will make players have motivation do to something besides sit and kill stuff). Add more pets and make 1 of them really powerful but can like only kill 100 monsters, and mate twice. Make armor compete with mystical gear but mystical gear must be at least a little bit better. And possibly for "Newbies" make a bag with like a shrunk dragon, ( not an evolutionary dragon just a regular old dragon that you can get from Destard.) Thats just a couple of ideas ;D

MU did have pvp... but it really didn't work out... at least from my knowledge.
Adding decently powerful pets could balance the server a bit, but it would have to compete against mystical and merc's... but for that reason, I don't think it would be wise to have.
In my opinion I think some parts of the Mystical system need to be tweaked so that once you get a full suit of armor you don't become a "god". Through my years playing on MU I've noticed as people got more mystical, they played less and less.. So what I think should happen is mystical should become slightly easier to get, but make it degrade, so that it balances out easier. This could cause prices to go up on MD's and Mystical.... Or it could do the exact opposite..
The other part of the mystical tweaking is that you could make another ore and leather that can rival mystical, make it somewhat easier to get than Dragon Metal, but have it so you need both the metal and the leather to make said armor.
One last thing... you could always just... restart the server, everyone starts fresh (cept staff themselves) and the economy can grow based off of new prices, and nothing would be linked to the old stuff... this would be bad for some players but this can get people to play again...
