Warning: Blood and gore and ritual material that may be offensive.
Advanced - Complicated
Expect to use a minimum of 13 items.
*Version pictured is HIGHLY customized
All you need is...
*1 of each champion skull (6)
*Blood Pentagram
*6 tables
The simple default version is a simple blood pentagram, with the champion skulls on tables at geometric points on the star. There are only 5 points to a pentacle, however, you can position a skill on the northwestern corner of the pentagram to make it even (in mysticism, the points aren't the only important parts of a pentacle).
You can alternately use a necro altar or a pentagram or an abbatoir, but seeing as how those are so much smaller, you might have some trouble getting your skulls distributed evenly.
My version utilizes music stands and barrel lids in place of tables. And I also have 3 extra sets for 3 extra skulls - a golden skull, a skull candle, and a skull dyed the mystical hue.
It also includes overlapping abbatoir and necro altar, creating an odd but balanced effect in the interior.
But beware the necro altar! Its built-in-skulls will probably get in the way and annoy you to no end. I know it annoys me massively!
As an added treat, you can scatter demon or balron slayer weapons (dyed interesting hues) or artifacts around your altar. Never inside the pentagrams, as stray items will interfere with your meditation and your rituals.
Plus, it's always handy to keep a demon slayer weapon handy in case you accidentally summon a demon when you're using Spirit Speak at the center of your ritual zone.
My version also features some other gruesome additions... such as a severed head in a bowl of blood, with a few blades around it (cleaver, etc.). I also have a demon slayer harp nearby in case I decide to summon a wild creature from the abyss who can only be controlled with music...
Might sound crazy but lots of people like this kind of thing.
If you want to go all out, throw in some gruesome standards, demon bones, evil-colored flasks, executioner caps, dismembered corpses, evil-colored crystal balls and anything you think can fit will into your ritual zone or the area surrounding it.
Hopefully, you'll eventually create something you like, something you can be proud to stand in the middle of and say,

Yes, I did design this myself with no assistance or design information from other parties.
And no, this will probably not work on OSI.
